1. Reduction gear

The gear box is made of FC25, and manufactured by CNC LATHE &CNC machining center. The gears is made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel (SNCM220 &SCM415)with carburization process. The shaft is manufactured via calibrating and grinding. So the accuracy is very good. The safety more than 5 and product -life is very long.

2. Buffer: (Soft start/stop)

When soft starting and after fly wheel acting, high inertia movement No impact, this keeps crane stable, smooth, and noiseless to stabilize the brake.

3. Motor

High performance of start torque, motor body is simple for radiation, high-pressure resisting more than"1500V,light current, compact-sized, powerful output, available for high frequency.

4. Electromagnet brake

With direct-type electromagnet brake ,control can be adjustable with screw,high abrasion brake leather, long service life, safety,and never be falling off.
